05/29/2013 Every five minutes for 6 rounds: Sprint 200 meters, Run 400 meters RXed 28 Ran on a 800m track and had to do a rough estimate on the 200m and 400m distance. 200m times: 28, 29, 31, 35, 33, 35, 38. Leg strength slowed me down a lot as I got further into the workout. Still recovering from knee surgery for torn ACL.
