03/27/2013 snatch work RXed 175 lbs feel crappy about movement today. tied 185 and that is 10 or 15 lbs less than max and could not feel good about it. I did have some drinks yesterday and my shoulders and right elbow are pissed along with some soreness in my legs. Still not happy about that though.
03/27/2013 burpees and box jumps RXed 8 rounds every round of burpees was right at 30 seconds. every round of box jumps was right at 38 or 40 seconds except last round did at jumping extension and finished at 28 seconds or so.

Lungs hurt a little which makes me nervous that I tried too much to soon. we shall see. Also did 5 rounds of strict dips totaled about 28 29. finished with some snatch work.

01/30/2013 Max Back Squat PRed RXed 395 lbs 375-385-390-395- 400 failed Things were going well. PR'd by 10 pounds. Thought I had 400 but sprained my lumbar/sacrum joint. Did not loose spine position. Butt Came up first and then I recovered my shoulders but as i started to stand up I felt the joint slip and I hitched and had to pitch. Weird feeling not a good one

Jumping pull-ups were at lower part of wrist forearm. box jumps were jumping off of top for about 35 of them. jumping pull-ups was short break 1 x k2e was about 4 min. kettlebell swings were about all or one break grip started to fatigue a little. push presses were 30 and 20 Lunges straight through back ext were 25 15 10 or something wall balls were 15 15 1010 burpees started acid reflux and feel fluid coming up just kept going for the most part I think I had short breaks 3 times. double unders broke three times short.

Maybe 2 seconds slower time overall. Felt nervous as usual. Everything was linked on every movement. Small pause in thrusters. Did workout at school not on bar but at rack with pull-up handles. Happy with result

Sit-ups not bad no heel hook or toes took 11:30-15:38. Squats not good 50-then sets of 5 with short pauses 17:58. On a positive... Push-ups were the most strict and tight I have done . Elbows stayed in until somewhere near last 15 or so. Hollow body was maintained.

Broken: Pull-ups 20-10-10-10 Wall balls 30-20-15-15-10-10 Double unders (shoulders and forearms onfire)-a few until messups until about 7 then good to 50, same for second 50, third 50 good, fourth 50 same as 2nd 50. 400m run-start with walk and weight over behind head. Made it through about 210m then had to put weight down. Very short break 3 seconds. pick up and farmer carry switching every 50m. Beat old score by almost 1 minute.
